Career planning is challenging in the best of times, and with increased uncertainty around the future of science careers, it is helpful to have guidance on how to plan your professional trajectory.
Women in Science Portland is happy to present Career Planning in Times of Uncertainty, a professional development mixer taking place on May 13 from 6:00-8:00 PM at NW Lucky Lab (1945 NW Quimby St, Portland OR 97209)
We will be joined by Caitlin Sweeney, a Career Counselor at Portland State University, who will talk about how to create a five-year career plan and navigate uncertainty around employment. Following the talk, there will be an interactive activity and time for open networking.
Pizza, salad, and one drink ticket are included with registration.
