We're excited to announce our next Community Spotlight Event happening on Sunday, August 23rd, with Rachel Tillman, Executive Director and Founder of The Viking Mars Missions Education and Preservation Project (VMMEPP)! 🚀

Rachel is an AIAA Associate Fellow, inventor, space historian, artist, and mentor who has spent more than 30 years at the forefront of technology and science education. From rescuing a Viking Mars Lander (VL3) from being scrapped to preserving Viking Mission artifacts and oral histories, Rachel's lifelong passion for technology and space exploration has fueled her unwavering dedication to making science more equitable and accessible through education, mentorship, design, and technology.

Join us for a Mars-velous afternoon as Rachel shares the fascinating stories behind the Viking Missions and the artifacts she's helped preserve, offering a rare glimpse into one of NASA's most groundbreaking programs.
