The Inherent Bias in AI Applications
What happens when AI decides who gets a chance? Certain people get filtered out because they don't match historical trends. From hiring algorithms to airport security, generative AI reinforces discrimination while appearing neutral and efficient. AI won't fix itself, but if we stay critical and refuse to treat these systems as infallible, we can shape something better.
